We will prepare and file all required documents and advocate for you at the 341 meeting with creditors, the court and the trustee.
	Probate. The loss of a loved one can be a trying time. We can help you navigate the court system and deal with the assets and liabilities of a deceased loved one. We understand that the death of a loved one is already stressful and we work with the family to try to make the legal process as stress-free as possible.
	Civil litigation. We represent plaintiffs or defendants in civil suits involving probate, real estate, commercial litigation or business issues. We also limit the number of commercial cases to ensure that your case receives the attention it deserves.
